Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region. The role involves generating leads, defining sales territories, and delivering sales plans in coordination with marketing and production teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or military experience and at least 3 years in sales, with strong CRM and analytics skills. US work authorization is required; relocation assistance is not mentioned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
