Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will lead lead generation, define territories, and deliver technical solutions across multiple channels.

Expect regional scope, strong customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, at least 3 years in sales, and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plan and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals and compliance.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
