Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location — leading the team, floor, and revenue pipeline while maintaining exceptional member experience.

You'll drive sales performance, coach staff to meet KPIs, and ensure operations run smoothly with accountability and data-driven decisions across daily workflows. This is a Full-Time role in Provo, UT offering a competitive compensation package and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience blending operations and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong coaching and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set the performance standard for your team and coach to maintain it.
• Ensure every member interaction is professional and reflects Serenity's service level while identifying sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, quality scores — and use data to drive decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly with clarity and follow-through.
