Job summary

Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage the floor, and own the revenue and member experience.

You will set performance standards, drive sales, monitor KPIs, and coach for results. Prior operations plus sales success required; hospitality or premium service background is a plus. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, with revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team to sustain high output and quality.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and aligned with Serenity's service levels; identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores; use data to guide decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-through.
