Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume Colorado service location. You will lead the team, manage daily workflows, and drive revenue while delivering the Serenity member experience.

You must have a track record of hitting sales targets and running tight operations, with strong accountability to KPIs. The role combines leadership with hands-on coaching to raise performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and run a high-volume location.
• Experience managing KPIs and driving performance.
• Background in hospitality, premium service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location.
• Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets.
• Set performance standards and coach the team.
• Ensure quality customer interactions and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and inform operational decisions.
• Address underperformance with clear follow-through.
