CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics to drive operational rigor and performance visibility across the sales organization. You will oversee forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and planning, partnering with Sales, Finance, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate insights and scalable processes.

This role emphasizes translating data into actionable plans, improving forecast accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Sales Analytics.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, directly managing a team member.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting, financial modeling, and pipeline management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Salesforce); familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage core sales operations processes, including pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Establish and enforce standardized sales processes, definitions, and workflows to ensure data integrity across the sales organization.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Business Systems to optimize CRM processes, reporting structures, and system adoption.
