CVS Health is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to evolve a delivery-focused analytics team into a strategic partner for business leaders. You will set vision, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive adoption of insight-led decision support across the commercial sales environment.

You will own the analytics product portfolio, work with senior sales and enterprise leaders to define KPIs, and ensure dashboards, forecasts, and insights are timely, accurate, and actionable.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or related decision-support functions.
• Hands-on experience in analytics, BI, data engineering, dashboards, or analytics product management.
• Demonstrated people leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Ability to rationalize a portfolio by value, usage, and effort.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate analytics into actions.
• Knowledge of health care, insurance, or large matrixed organizations.
• Technical fluency in data/visualization tools (Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI) to guide specialists.
