CVS Health is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform an analytics team into a strategic partner for the business. You will set vision, prioritize initiatives, and partner with senior sales and enterprise leaders to deliver decision-ready dashboards and insights that drive outcomes.

This role requires building accountable, capable teams, and delivering measurable business impact while managing data governance and a robust analytics ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence, data products, or related decision-support functions.
• Hands-on experience in analytics, BI, data engineering, dashboard development, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership experience, including setting direction and developing talent.
• Experience rationalizing a portfolio by prioritizing, consolidating, redesigning, or retiring products.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, define meaningful KPIs, and translate analytics into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary performance analytics team.
• Move from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision support.
• Own the analytics product portfolio and governance.
• Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs and translate priorities into dashboards and insights.
• Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics are accurate, timely, scalable, and trusted for planning and decisions.
