Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales analytics or related decision-support roles.
• Hands-on experience in BI, data engineering, dashboards, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership, building high-performing teams through change.
• Ability to rationalize portfolio by value, usage, and effort to prioritize.
• Partner with senior leaders, define KPIs, translate analytics into actions.
• Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or CVS/Aetna environments.
• Technical fluency in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, cloud data platforms, and AI analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary performance analytics team.
• Move the team from reactive report production to proactive, insight-led decision support.
• Own the analytics product portfolio and roadmap; evaluate value, usage, overlap, and maintenance.
• Partner with senior sales and enterprise leaders to identify decisions analytics must enable.
• Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics products are accurate, timely, scalable, trusted.
• Establish intake, prioritization, governance, and success measures balancing ops and strategy.
• Define adoption, data quality, and business impact metrics to guide improvements.
• Lead change by communicating the case for change and sustaining new ways of working.
• Oversee DataMart and analytics ecosystem; collaborate on data architecture and AI adoption.
• Represent analytics to executives with clear insights, risks, and tradeoffs.
