Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform a delivery-focused analytics team into a strategic, outcome-oriented capability that business leaders rely on for decisions. You will set vision, lead change, and drive adoption of analytics products across the commercial sales environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to define KPIs, oversee dashboards and insights, and ensure data quality and timely delivery to inform planning and performance decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence, data products, or related decision-support functions.
• Hands‑on experience in analytics, BI, data engineering, dashboard development, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership experience, including setting direction and developing talent during significant change.
• Experience rationalizing analytics portfolios by value, usage, and effort to prioritize, consolidate, or retire products.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, define meaningful KPIs, and translate analytics into business actions.
• Knowledge of health care, insurance, or CVS Health environment and ability to navigate a large organization.
• Technical fluency in data and visualization environments (Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, cloud data platforms, AI-enabled analytics).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team and set clear expectations.
• Move the team from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision support.
• Own the analytics product portfolio and roadmap; evaluate value and prioritize work.
• Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs and translate priorities into dashboards and insights.
• Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics are accurate, timely, and trusted for planning decisions.
• Establish governance and success measures balancing operations with strategic capability building.
• Define adoption metrics and guide continuous product improvement.
• Communicate the case for change to stakeholders and sustain new ways of working.
• Provide strategic oversight of the DataMart and analytics ecosystem with technical leaders.
