Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, match them with the right vehicle and financing options, and guide them through the sales process.

You will support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role offers a pathway through multi-phase levels and hourly to full-time progression, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related sales and retail operations experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing vehicles.
• Manage full sales cycle; secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational tasks: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory audits, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and financing options.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience in-store.
• Support onboarding and training of new Sales/Operations Advisors.
