DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. You will support dealership operations and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

The role involves opening/closing the store, managing cash, inventory, and documentation, while helping train new hires and maintaining compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing vehicles.
• Guide customers through nurture and sales processes.
• Manage sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store, cash handling, and admin tasks.
