Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a high‑quality customer experience by guiding shoppers through vehicle selection, financing, and the purchase process. You will also support day‑to‑day dealership operations, inventory management, and compliance to ensure consistency across the DriveTime network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales and retail operations with proven performance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the process.
• Manage the full sales cycle: sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits to sales.
• Perform operational tasks including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and audits.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and support onboarding of new hires.
