Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, and deliver technical solutions through multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email.

The role involves collaborating with Production, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to forecast sales, negotiate pricing, and execute strategic plans. Relocation is not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
