Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small-to-medium customers, manage distribution, and engage with large accounts. You will drive lead generation, set sales territories, and provide technical solutions across multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, and email.

The role emphasizes developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, negotiating pricing strategies, and building strong relationships across customer organizations to expand market share.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
