Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution, lead sales strategies, and grow small to large accounts. You will deliver technical solutions, generate leads, and coordinate with production and supply chain to meet volume/value targets.

The role requires strong communication, CRM expertise, and a proven sales track record in a dynamic market. Relocation not offered; US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with cross-functional coordination.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market data to inform decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and pricing aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
