Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small and medium customers and manage distribution while building strong relationships with key influencers. You will generate leads, define sales territories and lead negotiations to deliver volume and value.

You will analyze sales data, develop forecasts with production and supply chain, and provide technical solutions across channels—face-to-face, phone, or email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within the org.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value, aligned to marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
