Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to cover the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to mid-size customers and distribution management. You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, and deliver technical solutions across face-to-face, phone, and email channels.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with production and supply chain to meet volume and value targets. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
