Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-sized customers and manage distribution.

The role includes working with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building relationships with key influencers through face-to-face, phone, and email communications. The position involves generating leads, defining sales territories, delivering sales analytics, and developing technical solutions to customer challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Develop sales plans aligned to marketing; forecast with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies with regard to regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
