Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include lead generation, defining territories, sales analytics, and delivering a coherent plan with production and marketing. Strong negotiation and market insight are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to shape the sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
