Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution while also collaborating with large accounts.

The role involves generating leads, defining territories, and delivering sales analytics, with multi-channel engagement including face-to-face, phone, and email. You will develop price strategies, forecast with Production and Supply Chain, and drive cross-functional CX results through effective negotiations and relationship building in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales with marketing plans.
