Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and grow Dow's account presence in the market.

The role includes leading territory planning, sales forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value across channels. Responsibilities emphasize building strong customer relationships, negotiating pricing strategies, and leveraging analytics to shape the sales plan and opportunities for product

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Manage customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan; develop sales plan aligned to marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market intelligence to shape sales plan and guide new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
