Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to medium customers and distribution channels.

You will manage large accounts, lead forecasting, and define territory strategy while delivering technical solutions and value-based selling. You will build strong relationships with influencers, negotiate prices, and coordinate with production and supply chain to meet volume and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Analyze data to decide on product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal, regulatory, and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
