Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

You will engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across channels. Your role includes generating leads, defining territories, analyzing sales data, and delivering technical solutions to customer challenges through multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, and email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Gather market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals within legal and regulatory boundaries.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
