Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium-size customers, managing distribution, and working with large accounts.

You will lead multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, and email—while developing sales plans, forecasts, and opportunities across markets. Responsibilities include expanding the Dow presence, understanding customer needs, and delivering cross-functional solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan to deliver volume and value, coordinating with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
