Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and cultivate large accounts. The role emphasizes building relationships, shaping sales plans, and delivering solutions across multiple channels.

You will develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, lead negotiations, and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities. The position may be regional or global depending on business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience may be considered as equivalent for U.S. work authorization.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in a business environment.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan; deliver volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence; analyze data to guide new product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
