Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow small to medium customers and manage distribution. You’ll work with large accounts, support non-selling processes, and build key influencer relationships through diverse channels.

Responsibilities include lead generation, defining sales territories, sales analytics, and developing pricing strategies while coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to drive growth and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years in a relevant role.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value, aligning with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform sales strategy and product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with business goals and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
