Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution and grow the account portfolio across small to medium customers, while engaging with large accounts and supporting regional market needs.

You will define sales territories, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, provide technical solutions, and lead negotiations across channels to drive volume and value, with a focus on customer relationships and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant).
• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
