Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. This role involves engaging with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building strong influencer relationships across channels.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, manage analytics, and deliver technical solutions to customer challenges, with scope potentially regional or global based on business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
