Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, and email. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, and coordinating with marketing and production to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform sales decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
