Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to grow a portfolio of small to mid-size customers and manage distribution.

You will build relationships with key influencers, identify opportunities, and deliver technical solutions to customer challenges across channels. The role requires 3+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent military background, and the ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market data to guide sales decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
