Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and build strong relationships with key influencers. You will identify opportunities, develop sales plans, and drive growth across accounts through face-to-face, phone, and email communications.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, at least 3 years’ experience, and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (US E5 or Canadian rank) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Legal ability to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; develop plans with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
