Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium accounts and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region.

You will lead leads, define territories, and deliver technical solutions across channels, including face-to-face, by phone, or via email, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or military experience, at least 3 years in sales, and legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
