Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to grow small/medium customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across channels.

Candidates will generate leads, define territories, and align sales with marketing plans. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, 3+ years of relevant experience, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 / Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for product development opportunities and develop sales forecasts.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.

Education

Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant)
