Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong influencer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Gather market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
