ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Austin, TX. You will close sales within a defined territory, attend award-winning training, and work with new and existing clients to promote HR solutions and benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

You will manage multiple deals, nurture relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, and advance opportunities from lead to implementation, enjoying industry-leading compensation and benefits along

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience can be beneficial for teamwork and resilience.
• Bonus points for networking and using social media for sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales and hit goals.
• Turn prospects into clients by presenting ADP solutions that meet business needs.
• Cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions across the ADP client base.
• Partner with internal teams and decision-makers to advance deals to implementation.
