Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Austin, TX. You will close sales, win new business within a defined territory, and participate in ADP's award-winning training program while growing with a leading cloud-based HCM provider.

You will build relationships with HR leaders and executives, qualify opportunities, present ADP solutions, and collaborate with internal partners to maximize revenue and client success as part of a dynamic sales team.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Ability to build relationships with HR leaders and executives.
• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and collaborate with internal partners to sell HR solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR and executive decision-makers.
• Manage multiple deals through the sales process and documentation.
