ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and participate in an award-winning training program. You will engage HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and present ADP solutions to meet client needs.

You will manage multiple deals across stages, document progress, and leverage internal partners. The role offers industry-leading compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement through ongoing training

Qualifications

• Proven outside B2B sales with quota responsibility.
• Established network and territory management experience.
• Able to multi-task and present ideas clearly.
• College degree is optional; other relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within a defined territory to close sales and reach targets.
• Turn prospects into clients by recommending the right solutions and building referrals.
• Cross-sell across ADP solutions and deepen relationships within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
