ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Houston to close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You will join an award-winning training program and work with both new and existing clients to sell HR solutions across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

Daily, you will engage with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and manage multiple deals through the pipeline from initial contact to implementation, earning industry-leading

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience -- skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality.
• College degree is great but not required; skills to perform the job are prioritized.
