ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). This role will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, participate in our training program, and collaborate with clients to deliver HR solutions.

You will build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, manage multiple deals through the sales process, and be rewarded with competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably field sales.
• College degree is great but not required; other relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell across the ADP family to generate additional business.
