Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and drive new business. You will participate in award-winning training and work with both new and existing clients to provide high-quality HR solutions across hire-to-retire services.

You will manage multiple sales processes, nurture relationships with HR and executives, and pursue advancement through continuous sales training.

Qualifications

• Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience — teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality help in building relationships.
• Quota-bearing outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and join a sales team that sells HR solutions to new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs.
• Document sales processes and manage multiple deals through stages, from prospect to implementation.
