Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Houston to close sales within a defined territory and win new business. You will participate in our training program and join a team that serves new and existing clients with ADP HR solutions.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, present the best ADP solutions, and manage multiple deals through the sales process to implementation.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple sales processes and stages while maintaining documentation
• Experience closing sales and managing a territory with a quota

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: close sales by recommending the right solutions and earn referral business by networking with clients and decision-makers.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate Daily: act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners with integrity and professionalism.
