Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team in a dynamic, multinational packaging environment. You will coach and develop others, build strong senior‑level customer partnerships, and steer opportunities from concept to delivery across Marketing, Innovation, and Operations.

You will own annual plans, pricing strategies, and margin targets while driving growth and profitability. A strategic leader with proven results is needed to impact Amcor’s commercial excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years in a large‑scale B2B environment.
12+ years across technical, sales, and general management roles.

Responsibilities

Lead a high‑performing sales team to grow the business and meet profitability targets.
Develop relationships with senior customers and prospects to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and others to convert opportunities into results.
Drive annual operating plans, pricing strategies and margin targets to protect and grow profitability.
Coach and develop the team, hire talent, and build succession plans.
