Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on growing the business and strengthening customer relationships. You will coach and develop the team through the sales process, identify opportunities, and work closely with Marketing, Innovation, and Operations to turn opportunities into results.

You will also engage in business planning, budgeting, and talent development, taking ownership of commercial decisions while upholding Amcor’s Value Plus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in a large-scale B2B sales environment.
• 12+ years of senior sales leadership experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% internationally or domestically.

Responsibilities
