Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on growing the business, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

You will coach the team through the sales process, build senior-level customer partnerships, and act as an escalation point when needed. Collaboration with Marketing, Innovation, and Operations will be essential to turn opportunities into results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years of experience across technical, sales, and general management, ideally within packaging/manufacturing.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Create clear account plans aligning customer needs with Amcor capabilities.
• Lead annual operating plans and strategic objectives for the team’s accounts.
• Develop and monitor sales performance, guiding priorities and plans.
• Hire, coach, and develop talent; build succession plans.
• Manage pricing and margin initiatives to protect profitability.
• Collaborate with across-business teams to turn opportunities into results.
