Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on growing the business, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales and profitability targets. You will coach, develop, and be an escalation point for senior-level customers, collaborating with Marketing, Innovation, and Operations to convert opportunities into results.

You will play a key role in hiring, talent development, and strategic planning, embodying Amcor’s values and commercial excellence throughout

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years in senior sales leadership within packaging or manufacturing.
10+ years of experience in large-scale B2B sales.
Ability to travel up to 50% across regions.
Proven track record delivering financial targets and growing businesses.
Experience working in a multinational organization and understanding packaging/FMCG.

Responsibilities

Develop clear account plans aligning customer needs with Amcor capabilities.
Lead annual operating plans and strategic objectives for the team’s accounts.
Coach and develop the team to improve performance and partnerships.
Drive pricing, margins, and proactive sales funnel management to hit targets.
Collaborate across Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and other functions to turn opportunities into results.
