Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years in technical, sales, and general management roles, ideally in packaging.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in multinational organizations and delivering financial targets.
