You will coach the team through the sales process, identify opportunities with senior customers, and partner with Marketing, Innovation and Operations to convert opportunities into results. The role emphasizes ownership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in large‑scale B2B sales or senior leadership roles.
• 12+ years of experience spanning technical, sales and general management, ideally in packaging.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute account plans aligning customer needs with Amcor capabilities.
• Lead annual operating plans and regional sales priorities.
• Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and escalate when needed.
• Coach and develop the sales team to improve performance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Operations and other teams to turn opportunities into results.
