Job summary

Amcor is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on growing our business, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering our sales and profitability goals.

You will coach and develop your team through the sales process, build relationships with senior customers, and collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other Amcor groups to turn opportunities into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale B2B sales.
• 12+ years across technical, sales and general management.
• Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team to grow the business and meet profitability goals.
• Coach and develop the team through the sales process and build senior-level customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other functions to convert opportunities into results.
• Lead pricing and pass-through initiatives to protect margins.
• Drive sales planning, forecasting and Salesforce account plans.
