Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and drive growth in the Pacific Northwest.

You will lead strategic accounts, work with large clients, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute sales plans and deliver solutions across channels. The role emphasizes market analysis, lead generation, territory definition, and pricing strategy while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• No visa sponsorship is available for this U.S. based position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; coordinate with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
